Shipping Policy

At The Felting Box, every kit is lovingly packed and shipped on a regular schedule so you know exactly when to expect your next creative surprise!


📦 Shipping Schedule

All physical subscription boxes ship on or about the 1st of each month (or every other month, depending on your plan).
Orders placed before the 20th of the month will ship with the upcoming box.
Orders placed after the 20th will begin with the following month’s shipment.

Once your box ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it on its way.


🧵 Processing & Handling

Because boxes are assembled in batches, we’re unable to guarantee same-week shipping for new orders placed near the end of the month.
Our team carefully prepares materials and packaging ahead of each shipment to make sure every box arrives in perfect condition.


🚚 Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.
Most boxes arrive 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier performance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and include tracking.
We do not currently offer international shipping—but it’s on the horizon!


💻 Digital Subscriptions

Digital-only subscriptions do not include physical shipments.
All materials—such as project guides, video tutorials, and bonus downloads—are delivered via email or made available through your online member portal on or around the 1st of each month.


✏️ Address Updates

If you move or need to change your shipping address, please update your account no later than the 20th of the month before your next box ships.
Changes made after that date may apply to the following shipment.


💌 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your box arrives damaged or doesn’t show up within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, email thefeltingbox@gmail.com with your order number and details.
We’ll replace or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
