At The Felting Box, every kit is packed with care to bring creativity and joy right to your door. Because our products include specialty materials and digital content, we want to be transparent about how returns and refunds work.
💌 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thefeltingbox@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly replace the damaged or missing items at no cost to you.
📦 Physical Box Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products (craft kits and materials), we’re unable to accept returns once a box has been opened.
However, if your box is unopened and in its original condition, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💳 Refunds for Physical Products
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that your refund has been processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
💻 Digital Subscriptions & Downloads
Digital subscriptions, downloads, and any other digital content (such as PDF patterns, video access, or tutorials) are non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you experience issues accessing your digital content, please contact us at thefeltingbox@gmail.com, and we’ll make sure you get the materials you paid for.
🔁 Subscription Boxes
If you have an active subscription and need to skip, pause, or cancel, you can manage your account anytime through your customer portal. Cancellations made after a renewal charge has processed will apply to the next billing cycle.
